" The cells that fires together, works together." ~ Donald Hebb
In adaption from Anat Baniel 9 Essentials for lifelong vitality method
I was reading up on Move Into Life by Anat Baniel in search for further discovery and perhaps solutions in my journey to overcome pain while enhance my mental clarity in different aspect.
The simple steps of movements she uses where any ordinary people could just follow easily at ease yet provides a step to step guidance and exploration by our own is fascinating. By simple steps we could actually understand how slight movements make an impact towards our daily well-being. Listening to your body by figuring out what aches or pains that you encounter with or without certain exercise could tell you more about what obstacle you have to take away in order to have a progress from there.
Her paradoxical theory "Increasing your power by reducing force" enables us to increase our strength, flexibility and energy opening our senses to daily activities. Learning to Switch on our learning button and being aware of little changing of surrounding through having to pick up something different from stale routines or stagnated schedules.
Subtleties and Variation is what she believes could be self-transforming while working on a slow pace to luxuriate in the richness of experience and feelings garnered at present. Enthusiasm is also the key to turn the small into the great whereby goals set that seems merely possible could be flexible enough to make a breakthrough.
Let free our imagination and say yes to infinities!

New Year Eve 2010
A Lame yet adventurous new year hopping trip I went on. Planned to celebrate the eve hitting the clubs but ended up the plans didn't workout. However, still had some fun celebrating with family and relatives back from the States and also Malacca having a great time savoring the different and unique kind of dishes in the pot-luck session.
Instead celebrated new year eve with Jian Sheng since his down from KL,Jonathan and Rene. A small number outing turned to a disasterous yet interesting adventure making out 3 places before could finally settle for the last destination to enjoy the view of fireworks celebrating the new year countdown. After my family gathering,John pick me up and we headed to QBM thought of catching some performance and coutdown there. Amazing ain't it? NO parking at all. OMG. After trying few rounds in search for carpark around and about the mall. We gave up so headed to E-GATE instead. Along the highway,we see the sideway was filled with strolls of cars. Imagine how huge was the crowd and how NON-safety conciousness we Penangites have taking risks of CROSSING THE HIGHWAY?! I really wonder how people take their life for granted this way, when they start complaining about the shares that burned their pockets.. NO seats left at E-GATE. Darn.. Last destination before we gave up hope on celebrating new year's eve was PENANG TIMES SQUARE. The crowd there was small and environment is bit solemn though entertained by bands from KL,games, music and some jazz numbers by Let's dance studio. Finally, get to spot Julia the obvious ballerina *gigs no offend gurl performing jazz numbers for once. At least something that spice up the atmostphere. First time in my life, getting to watch fireworks display in a near view when the clock strike 12! Displaying different colours and designs simultaneously. Bravo! xD
A night without some beer or liquor just don't feel a whole. So we head down to Segafredo for a jug and played cards agains through the night. Hungy after that so went to Jelutong burger place to grab a bit. A satisfying supper at 4am before I give in to go home having a good late night sleep.Wow! Happy New 2010!

That ONE day Trip
A day trip to Pantai Jerejak after longing to go there since I was form3. Hoping to go there as a family outing but didn't manage to work out till now. Anyway,I'm glad that I joined SS,CY,JK and his bro and gf to pantai jerejak on a SAT that I happen to have no dance class! weee.... An occasionaly break here and there stealing time for an outing I'm craving for so long. The irony of having NO dance class is the best moments yet the most missed moments.haha.
Was informed that the whole package with ferry transport over to the island, lunch and all games except for paintball cost RM60 but they mistaken it for RM20.Another 40bucks broke.lol. Anyway since were there, just took on the ride.I took on Wall Climbing,Archery,Cycling,Flying fox and funniest part is playing basketball on sandy beach on a netball setting ground. It's my 1st time doing wall climbing therefore am really excited about it.Pretty challenging finding the right grips all using the power and strength of our upper body, while the lower body is all about striking your balance. Almost make it to the end,but give up 2 more climbs to reach the top;not to strain my back. Was a good experience though, looking forward t to the next time for it. Archery too was my 1st time,my aiming was precise but due to my left hand lacking in arm strength failed to engaged the arrow in a incontrolled position. Wasted never get to even hit the bulls eye. Gona be waiting for the next chance to take it on! Cycling around the island exploring the bumpy rocky routes is interesting but the bikes which are not well maintained causes all our butts in pain after the whole thing. Playing basketball ruling on a netball sandy beach ground is really stupidly hilarious. As the friction of the grounds slows the running speed and the loop made targeting tougher but still we idiots still running around making the best fun out of it. Joke of the day! but nevermine Its fun!
The scenary was breathtaking, having to view of the factories and queensbay mall not bad for a change though its bit lame. My skin is baked with incompletancy tanning effect. Ouchy the next day, black spots complexion appears yet again.Oh no! Thank you SS for suggesting me to join in the fun, you'd make my day too. :)

Birthday cards!
Bikini wear!
Drama book!
Cute toys!
Msgs and calls from near and far!
Couldn't felt any better that its a start of something new.Utterly surprised by all those thoughts and concern poured in this year. What more can I asked for,on Christmas and Birthday! Thank you to my family, relatives and friends for all the lovely gifts that I longed for all this while. Happy for all I have now though I know that my list goes on-and-on-and-on! xD However, the most happiest moment in my entire 19 years would be breaking free gaining and claiming my emotional freedom for once and the rest of my life. May all souls live up to a life like a bird not caged within.

BBQ Gathering Dec 09
A nice Bbq gathering we had in dec 09 for ex-hk 07 batch. Thanks to Jun Kit taking the initiative to organize the whole thing for us to get together and catch up after so long since with graduated from high school. Time really flies, its been quite a while everyone have their own agendas after leaving school and hardly had the time to get back in a big group celebrating the joy of uniting and keeping in touch along the way. All materials and food brought by Jun Kit and some help out to put off the fire at around 5.30pm. After feasting, we played frisbee in the night. What an odd experience, couldn't even see properly the direction of the thrown frisbee unless for the one in white. Unexpected incident occured, whereby Chuen Yen was stung by a jelly fish nearby the shore. How unlucky things can be at times? Chatted through the night with some heneikens, tiger and carlsberg accompanying us by the beachside. Later on,we decided to spend the rest of the night in a smaller group in Sunset Bistro since some decided to leave for CC. Ordered some cocktail mixtures and played cards through the night. Great weather, great company and great atmostphere. What more could we ask for instead to be grateful for this wonderful get together. Here we part again till we unite once again ahead in time. Goodbye again and a very good night with another good memory installed.

Penang Jazz Festival 2009
Went for both days of Penang Jazz Festival the very first time taking 2days in a row. Thanks to mom for the treat to this wonderful occassion that I've yet to miss out since the 4th edition of Penang Jazz Festival.Groups flew all the way from USA,Norway,Australia,Thailand,Bangkok and more..
The crowd for both days averagely spreaded out compared to previous years which is compact. Good thing is there's more room to MOVE! Bad thing is looks like economy crisis so takes the toll on events as such. Along with few friends tagged along to explore something new, glad they love it and enjoyed it.Happy to have mom and sharon and aaron's company too!
Love the Bangkok Brother's band as always like every year. Their performance is consistently entertaining with their upbeat numbers and the capabilities of vocalist Hung is ever impressive to all. They are always one of the groups in the festival that gets the crowd on their FEET and start dancing!
Norway-USA band was new, their members made up that combination came up with a new mixture of jazz from both world blending into one genre. Its facisnating ain't it! US dude who was on the piano did some short vocals which was really refreshing.. Love the bassist who led the group.Ooops he reminds me of Cole in CHARMED series..."Belthazor!" *gigs
Michelle Nicole's Quartet had a fantastic show in G-hotel had another fantastic night to in this festival. Michelle's vocals flows melodiously and is so well controlled. Making my stomach twitch at times when I see her hit high notes in just one breath effortlessly yet the sounds came out solid. Amazing! Some motivation for me to work on my vocals. I'm wanting more and more! oh no..
The first time I ever appreciated DRUMS the most after watching the world class drummer James strutting his stuff on that drums. I can tell you that his technique couldn't spot flaws, natural talent for rhythms and it's just ALL ABOUT THE BEATS..
Guess what? I got up and dance through the night too.. haha as usual my legs gets itchy when there's music and especially when in this booming atmosphere!
Just another relaxing time for me,really great I made time for this break. Refreshing yet empowering!
It's the 7th PENANG JAZZ FESTIVAL ppl! What do YOU expect! xD
Waiting for the NEXT Edition the 8TH!

Sun-tanning
Had my sun tanning session along Flamingo beachside, after getting a sun burn working during Penang beach carnival. Went with Dhurga, had our gurly times together. Still waiting to get a bikini as can't really evenly tan my skin not getting more skin exposed. Yet again, another round of major sun-burnt due to standing under the sun without any shade almost 8hours on PFS school field incharge one of the inflated challenger game during Rapid Penang Family Day event. Did Cucumber MASK-ing during the night as feeling the pain on my face. Kind of using cucumber to mask my face few days down the road till my skin heals. Since then, my OLAY spf15 sunblock became my best buddy not wanting another experience being baked under the Natural Oven of God's creation! Now,so in need to shop for one bikini that my aunt said purchasing it as my X'mas gift and cousin gona be getting me few from Aus when she's back for CNY. How AWESOME is that! Can't sit still anymore longer waiting for all.
Hoping to go for next Sun-tanning session, hoping that Fern or Sharon will be free to join me or anyone who's game for it!
